2017 Chardonnay

Here is a delightful crisp well balanced Chardonnay for your enjoyment. The lovely citrus, stone fruit, mineral complexity comes from our low yielding vines.

Wild fermentation for 8 months in new French oak barrels, and lees stirring provides that great mouth filling experience.

Wild fermented Chardonnay in 100% new oak, notes of toasted brioche on the nose with jasmine and peach. The palate is tight with white stone fruit in abundance, regular battonage has filled out the mid pallate and the wine finishes with a lime rind acidity.
